This bread is fantastic. My son has type 1 diabetes so every carb has to be counted. The fact that these are so low carb, 2 slices are around 1 carb means he can enjoy a sandwich without worry. The pizza bases and rolls are also amazing. I’ve also tasted this bread and it was just like normal bread! Amazing, thank you!
