How Much Buffet Food Do I Need?

As a general guide, our 32-piece sandwich platters serve up to 8 guests, while our dessert and sweet treat platters typically serve around 8–10 guests.

For smaller gatherings, you can combine individual platters to create a flexible buffet for around 5–10 people. For larger celebrations and events, simply add additional platters to provide enough food for your guest list.
