Ingredients: Butter (MILK), Glucose syrup, Sugar, Water, Fat reduced alkalised cocoa powder, Maize starch, Colours (E102, E122, E151, E124), Flavouring, EGG white powder, Preservative (E260), Stabiliser (E450).

RASPBERRY JAM:

Ingredients: Glucose syrup, Sugar, Raspberry puree, Water, Gelling agent (E440), Acidity regulators (E330, E331).

The above ingredients are used for our most popular sponges and buttercream celebration cakes.

Delivery

All of our celebration cakes can only be delivered to North West postcodes or collected from your local Greenhalgh’s.
