Common Christmas Questions
If I am having a Christmas collection 23rd or 24th December, when can I collect my order?
We recommend collecting your order after 10 am to allow our team time to prepare all orders.
Can I have a Christmas eve delivery?
If you are located in the North West, we can deliver on Christmas Eve for all orders over £100. We will deliver all Christmas Eve orders between 8 am and 1 pm.
What is the difference between Unbaked and Baked Multiportion pies?
In both styles of pies, the fillings are already cooked; it will be the pastry that is either unbaked or baked and chilled. A pre-baked and chilled pie allows for a slightly quicker reheat bake in the oven.
When can I place my Christmas order?
You can place your Christmas orders now. We recommend placing your order sooner rather than later, as we have a limited number of delivery and collection slots.
Can you deliver to a friend or relatives house?
We can indeed. We can deliver Nationwide.
