CHOCOLATE BUTTERCREAM (CELEBRATION CAKES ONLY)
Ingredients: Butter (MILK), Glucose syrup, Sugar, Water, Fat reduced alkalised cocoa powder, Maize starch, Colours (E102, E122, E151, E124), Flavouring, EGG white powder, Preservative (E260), Stabiliser (E450).

RASPBERRY JAM:
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, Sugar, Raspberry puree, Water, Gelling agent (E440), Acidity regulators (E330, E331).
