Our Suppliers

Our Cheese is locally sourced in the North West

We source all the cheese for our award-winning pies and pastries from Dewlay; a family of cheese makers founded in 1957.

Dewlay is now run by third generation brothers, Nick and Richard Kenyon, who are carrying on the fine tradition laid down by their grandfather and father, producing Lancashire’s finest cheese.

Cheese-making has a rich heritage in Lancashire, due to its lush, green pasture lands.

Local British potatoes

The potatoes we use in all our award winning products are locally sourced in the North West from Vic Graham & Son Ltd, a member of the British Potato Council.

Vic Graham & Son Ltd has over 45 years in the business, and is a trusted name in the industry.

As a family run business, they are dedicated to offering superb products.

A Sustainable Relationship
