Deputy Manager (Full or Part time) - Current Vacancies

Salary: £8.50 per hour

As a Deputy Manager you will work under the direction of the Shop Manager helping and supporting them in the day to day running of the shop and deputising for the Manager during days off, holidays and sickness.

We are looking for lots of personality, and a love of food. As a Deputy Shop Manager, your main duties when running the shop will be: To assist the Shop Manager in planning and implementing a plan of action to attract new customers.

• To coordinate daily shop operations. To maintaining high standards of hygiene

and food safety.

• To ensure the punctual opening of the shop and conduct regular daily checks to

ensure the shop is functional and presentable. To keep effective displays

throughout the day.

• To control stock availability to maximise your sales, and ensure that all products on

sale are quality checked (very important).

• To supervise and motivate the team to perform their best.

This is a hands on position and involves manual handling, baking of products from the oven, cash handling, banking, and a key holder position.

Great customer service is at the heart of what we do, so you will need to love working in a customer facing environment. You will need to be flexible over 7 days and available to work weekends and cover for your shop manager. No experience is necessary, as full training will be given. Customer care and a passion for our products is all that is required.
