Day & Night shifts. You will be required to work 5 days a week between Monday - Saturday (inclusive) on Days or Sunday - Friday (inclusive) on Nights (1 weekend day and 1 weekday off).

We have a variety of start times available for both shifts, however we do not operate a specific finish time. Most bakery operative roles are "job and finish" which means that you will finish' at different times depending on production requirements. As production levels may vary at busy seasonal times and shifts can be 10-12+ hours, employees are asked to be flexible with their working hours.

Bakery colleagues work as part of a team to achieve production requirements on a daily basis, ensuring that all work is undertaken in accordance with the Company procedures to meet product quality standards. It is a fast paced but friendly production environment.

Good spoken and written communication skills are required. All positions involve manual handling, lifting and carrying. All roles are standing jobs. Although some experience is preferable, full on-the-job training will be provided.

Please note that all positions are offered on temporary contracts initially, however, colleagues who work hard, fit in, learn fast and are reliable are likely to secure a permanent position with the Company.
