Only selected lean cuts of beef, turkey, chicken and pork are used to create our delicious savouries. All cooking is by open steam boilers which improves the flavour of the product. Our products are also made in air conditioned and fully hygienic surroundings with computer controlled blast cooling storage ensuring total baking quality.
