Roast Beef & Horseradish Sandwich

1Ingredients
2 Slices of Greenhalgh’s Multiseeded Low GI Bread1 tsp of horseradish sauce
2 x 20g/ ¾ oz slices of Roast Beef
15g/ ½ cooked, sliced beetroot
Small handful of baby spinach leaves
Instructions
Spread both slices of the bread with the horseradish sauce, arrange the roast beef on one slice then top with the beet-root and baby spinach leaves, season with black pepper then sandwich with the second slice of bread and cut in half diagonally.A SATISFYING LUNCH
