Chocolate, Raspberries and cream

Ideal for after diner desert




1 Greenhalgh’s Chocolate chip loaf
300grm of Fresh Raspberries
1x 150 ml of double cream


Remove all the packaging from the cake loaf, Whisk the cream until soft peaks form, wash and dry the raspberries. Place the cake loaf on a microwavable plate, place in the microwave on heat on high for 30 seconds, remove from the microwave, slice the warm chocolate cake into 6 even slices. Place the slices in individual serving bowls; place a spoon of cream on top of each slice of cake. Equally divide the raspberries and scatter over the cream, serve immediately . Enjoy !!!
