Wholemeal Soldiers
Ideal for breakfast
Serves: 1
Ingredients
2 Eggs
2 slices of Greenhalgh’s Wholemeal Loaf
Butter for spreading
Salt & Pepper (optional)
Methods
Heat a saucepan of water until boiling. Place 2 eggs into the saucepan for approximately 6 minutes, or until cooked. Whilst eggs are cooking, toast 2 pieces of Greenhalgh’s Wholemeal loaf and spread with butter. Slice toast into soldiers and place on a large plate.
Once the eggs are cooked, remove and place onto separate egg holders, season with salt and pepper.
