Tortuluga Rolls served with Salad Nicoise

Ingredients
3 Greenhalgh’s Tortuluga Rolls
Crisp green lettuce
Chunks of Tuna
Green beans
3 Soft boiled egg cut in half
Cherry tomatoes
Artichokes
Black olives with garlic
Basil
Olive oil
Methods
Mix green lettuce with green beans add chunks of tuna, artichokes, cherry tomatoes, black olives and eggs, top with olive oil and finish off with a sprinkling of basil.
Serve in a large shallow bowl with Greenhalgh’s Tortuluga rolls on the side – Delicious.
