Breads
Our breads are baked using the traditional time honoured natural long fermentation process. Fermentation creates the distinctive full flavoured taste and crisper crusts much loved by our customers. The loaf stays softer longer, without the need for artificial additives or preservatives.
Bread is such an important part of our lives that it should be taken more seriously and enjoyed to the full.
