Approximately fifty different
confectionery lines are produced six days a week. The range
includes fresh dairy cream cakes and gateaux, fancy cakes of
all descriptions, scones, danish pastries, cake loaves,
swiss rolls, gingerbreads and seasonal lines such as parkin
and mince pies. All are made
with that special Greenhalgh's flair which makes them so
deliciously different. |
