Greenhalgh’s Sole Baked Bloomer White
and Brown loaves
Greenhalgh’s Craft Bakery has just launched its new
Sole Baked Bloomer loaf in both white and brown
varieties. The loaf is made using traditional hand
moulding and then baked for a little bit longer, in
a stone soled oven. This helps to roast the loaf for
a deeper fuller, flavour. Both the white and brown
loaves have a light and crispy crust and contain
only the natural ingredients that are the
cornerstone of Greenhalgh’s baking philosophy.
Sole Baked Bloomer loaves are now
available throughout Greenhalgh’s chain of 43 shops
located across Lancashire, Greater Manchester and
Cheshire, as well of their fleet of wholesale vans,
which make daily deliveries throughout the North
West. A Sole Baked Bloomer loaf will retail at 79p.
Produced at its Bolton bakery using
time honoured traditional craft methods,
Greenhalgh’s is passionate about bread and believes
that the key to quality and taste is patience in the
bread-making process. |
