Greenhalgh’s Parkin Range Greenhalgh’s has launched a new addition to its parkin range, Sticky Fruit Parkin. Made with black treacle, golden syrup, raisins, oatmeal, ginger, cherries, ground hazel nuts, mixed peel and spices. Sticky Fruit Parkin brings a new dimension to a traditional favourite of the bonfire season.

Also in the range are Original Parkin with its distinctive spicy flavour and Sticky Parkin with a moist treacly taste. All three parkins are available throughout Greenhalgh’s chain of 44 shops located across Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Cheshire, as well as from its fleet of wholesale vans, which make daily deliveries throughout the North West. Sticky Fruit Parkin and Sticky Parkin retail at £1.19 a loaf, whilst Original Parkin retails at £1.09.

Produced at its Bolton bakery using time-honoured, traditional craft methods, Greenhalgh’s is passionate about its products and believes that time and nature are the keys to good honest food.
