Large white flourcakes supplied in handy 12 packs
Greenhalgh’s Craft Bakery is launching a new 12 pack version of its popular large white flourcakes, in time for the barbeque season. The flourcakes are made using only Manitoba wheat, especially milled for Greenhalgh’s, giving a natural white colour. Greenhalgh’s uses no hydrogenated fats, only 100% pure vegetable oil in its breads, imparting a deep, rich and above all natural flavour. 

Greenhalgh’s aim to make them available through their chain of 42 shops located across Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Cheshire, as well of their fleet of wholesale vans, which make daily deliveries throughout the UK. The retail price per pack will be £1.39. 

Produced at their Bolton bakery using time honoured traditional methods, Greenhalgh’s are passionate about bread and believe that the key to quality and taste is patience in the bread-making process.
